Beautiful and fantastic accommodation with a wonderful setting close to many tourist attractions. Exceptionally nice, courteous staff towards all guests.

It's very nice and i will book again in this hotel on future . They have wide rooms and clean and quiet.

This was the best stay ever for us (group of 5) in Sri Lanka. During our trip to Sri Lanka we stayed at two other Chaya hotels (one at Trincomallee and another at Kandy) and by far this was the best hotel. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the food (we had dinner and breakfast there) had many selections. Being vegetarians, we never faced any problem finding right food. Moreover the staff took the pain of explaining every dish and told us which were vegetarian. Monkeys inside the hotel campus is a real treat. Don't know what they do, these monkeys didn't come near our rooms and bother us. They were staying just on the lawn side.

This is nothing to do with the hotel, but with Booked.net itself. They quote us in USD (we are from the USA) and taxes are extra. This fact is already mentioned. The hotel charges taxes on taxes. Plus they convert the rate in their local currency and then charge us back in their local currency using a low rate. You will be dinged when you pay by an international credit card as they too charge service fee for foreign transactions. Buyers beware of this trick and take this into consideration while comparison shopping.

I loved the place, everything was very good. the room was tastefully decorated with all the facilities, just what was needed. - the location seemed exceptionally nice in the nature.

Great Front office staff and Room service. Clean rooms, Garden was really great and it is big Garden. Nice place to Relax from busy city life. Hope to go again.

It was a fantastic stay, beautiful and fantastic place. The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were excellent, I appreciated the marvellous location next to nearly all major sightseeing spots in the cultural triangle and Minneriya National Park, ruins of Polonnaruwa, Kaudulla National Park, Dambulla Cave Temple, Sigiriya Lion's Rock.

The rooms are luxurious, relaxing, and equipped with all the essentials needed, with a wonderful location near Habarana Lake.

Very comfortable and hospitable. We were visiting the Cultural Triangle and Habarana was right in the middle. We used the spa after a long day of climbing and hiking.

The endless Christmas songs was too much. We come from a land of snow and we loved escaping the cold by coming to Sri Lanka. The Christmas music kept reminding us of the snow, when we wanted to relish the warmth.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean. Nice pool and restaurant. The location was scenic and the resort was well maintained. Quite close to the major sightseeing spots in that area. All in all it was a good stay

We loved the pool and the villa feel. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a good location for Sigiriya.
